Sales Representative in the TSL industry - Independent Freight Forwarder
Job description:
- Active acquisition of customers on foreign and local markets;
- Conducting business talks at meetings and by phone;
- Negotiating terms and concluding contracts with customers;
- Identification of potential contractors, building professional, long-term business relationships with clients;
- Cooperation with the logistics department in the field of building contracts with customers and developing services based on customer needs;
- Participation in fairs and other industry meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience on the market of international forwarding services or directional students ready to deepen their existing knowledge;
- Good knowledge of the international shipping services market;
- Knowledge of a foreign language (English / Spanish / German / Russian) will be an advantage;
- Independence, the ability to make decisions, perfect organization of working time, the ability to plan and set goals;
- Communication skills, resistance to stress;
- Driving licenses, category B.

Job description:
- employment under a full-time employment contract,

- compliance with drivers' working and driving time standards, payment of all benefits due to employees,
- a full package of introductory training - (company procedures, working time, etc.);
- free additional medical insurance for drivers on business trips and the possibility of a paid subscription to group insurance on preferential terms,
- a dedicated freight forwarder.
Requirements:
- min. 1 year of driving experience min. category C or C + E - we also accept people for training!
- communication in Polish
- responsibility and motivation to work,
- honesty and reliability in the performance of their duties,
- care for the entrusted property,
- certificate of no criminal record.
Earnings:
- The average salary for an International Driver in our company is PLN 10,500 / 30 days of work.
- A single cast of 360 days.
- Double cast: PLN 300 per day
